We include a 14-day free return window on all rentals, giving you time to ensure the equipment meets your needs. 14-Day Free Return Process
All rentals include a 14-day free return period starting from the date you receive your equipment. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, you may return it for a full refund. To initiate a return, log into your account dashboard and request a return. We provide a prepaid shipping label at no additional cost.
Equipment Condition and Refund Details
Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear from regular use. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned equipment. Security deposits are refunded separately after inspection.
